Terms and conditions of sale
The rules applying to every order placed with Niko Toka.
Seller: MALO HOUDAYER — 60 RUE FRANCOIS IER, 75008 PARIS, FRANCE. Registration: SIREN 988 201 539 / SIRET 988 201 539 00018. Contact: [email protected].
1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of products offered by Niko Toka. Placing an order means accepting the terms in force at the time of purchase.
2. Product
The shop presents the Niko Toka light pieces currently available. Their specifications and finishes are stated on each product page.
Photographs are prepared with care. Slight differences may nevertheless result from the lighting used for the photograph or the customer’s screen.
3. Prices and taxes
For the European Union offer, the main price and subtotal are shown in euros including tax. Before payment, the order summary identifies the VAT share already included for the delivery country; it is not added a second time to the total.
Products are charged at the price displayed when the order is confirmed. For the European Union offer, tracked standard shipping is free: its €12.00 reference value is struck through and the amount charged is €0.
4. Orders and payment
An order becomes final once payment has been confirmed. Online payment is processed securely by Stripe; Niko Toka does not store complete payment-card details.
An order summary is shown before payment and a confirmation is sent to the email address provided.
5. Shipping
A destination is offered only after its product page, electrical configuration, tax treatment, shipping service and delivery promise have been approved. Niko Toka confirms the tracked method from the address and covers its cost for the European Union offer.
The applicable delivery timeframe is shown before adding the product to the cart, repeated at checkout and included in the order confirmation. The customer must check the address entered and promptly report any visible issue upon receipt.
6. Cancellation right and 30-day returns
Under the rules applying to distance sales, consumers have at least 14 days from receipt to notify Niko Toka that they are exercising their statutory cancellation right, without having to give a reason.
Niko Toka commercially extends the period in which a return may be requested to 30 days from receipt. This extension does not reduce any statutory right.
The customer pays the direct cost of return postage unless the product is defective or not as described. The product must be returned complete, with its accessories and without damage caused by handling beyond what is necessary to examine it.
To request a return, contact [email protected] before sending the product so that the relevant instructions can be provided.
7. Statutory guarantees
Products benefit from the statutory conformity and hidden-defect guarantees that apply to the sale. These guarantees apply independently of the commercial 30-day returns policy.
If a product is defective or not as described, contact [email protected] with a description and any useful supporting material.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data needed to fulfil an order is described in the privacy policy linked in the footer.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. An amicable solution will be sought before court proceedings.
