Shipping and returns

Nami Wavy is delivered within the European Union in 10 to 15 days after ordering. Tracked standard shipping is free, with a €12.00 reference value.

Checkout accepts only a delivery address in a European Union member country.

The final amount is shown in the cart and confirmed before payment.

The main price and subtotal include VAT; the cart identifies the VAT share already included for the delivery country. The shipping method is confirmed from the address with no surcharge.

Check the address before confirming the order. On receipt, inspect the outside of the parcel and promptly report any visible damage to [email protected].

You may request a return within 30 days of receipt. This commercial extension is in addition to the statutory cancellation right of at least 14 days that applies to distance purchases.

You pay the direct return cost unless the product is defective or not as described. Contact us before sending the product to receive return instructions.

Read and follow the instructions supplied with the lamp. Use an E27 LED bulb only. Place Nami Wavy on a stable surface in a dry, ventilated room away from heat sources and high temperatures, then check that the cable, plug and switch are undamaged before connecting it.

Unplug the lamp before moving or cleaning it. Stop using it if an electrical component is damaged and contact customer service.
